Depending on the configuration, you may also be able to specify if this should be reported as anonymous (although your contact information is still required.) Click Proceed to Payment to finalize and pay by credit card or by printing an invoice and mailing a check.
If you are an APLA Member with APLA Bucks credits, you must log out and access the APLA Website without logging in. Otherwise, your APLA Bucks credits will be used which is not permitted. Unfortunately we cannot modify this issue on the website.
