Rickey is an impressive animal who is just getting started in his competition career. In addition to Rickey's 3xGMPR and HRCH titles he is also 1/1 in AKC Master tests, earned a Reserve JAM in his only Derby and a Reserve JAM in a Qualifying Field Trial. His versatility, talent, intelligence, and trainability was on full display this past summer and fall when he successfully competed in 4 different venues. One week he passed a tough Master Hunter test on a Thursday, then that weekend shifted gears and earned two HRC Finished passes. Even more impressive was earning a Reserve JAM in a Qual on Friday and then checking down and passing 2 more HRC Finished tests the next 2 days. A few weeks later we passed 4/4 in APLA Master tests. Rickey's point is as staunch and stylish as any pointing lab I have trained or judged. He is a marking machine and very honest dog. On top of all this he is as handsome as they come.
