UKC REGISTRATION

DEFINITION OF TERMS

AKC LITTER APPLICATION means the American Kennel Club (“AKC”) application used by the Breeder to register the Breeder’s litter with the AKC. This process involves the Breeder filling out an AKC litter registration application form where the breeder supplies the litter’s Sire and Dam information, the number and color of the puppies in this litter and other pertinent information.

The AKC litter application does not list the new owners of the puppies.
