AKC REGISTRATION FORM
SUBMISSION TO THE AKC

If your Breeder has not provided you with an AKC Registration Certificate, you must get the AKC puppy registration number and related codes from your Breeder and register it online with the AKC. You have the option to mail it in. However, it is highly recommended that you register with the AKC online to avoid any delays. When you complete the registration process, you should receive a registration certificate, identifying you as the owner of the puppy along with a registration number.

Once you have this AKC registration, you can register your puppy online or by mail with the UKC. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DO THE UKC REGISTRATION ONLINE.
