APLA permits dogs with pending UKC registrations to enter an APLA hunt tests provided you complete the following requirements.

UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS.


For pending UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS, the following must be done:

You have completed the UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION;

You have submitted the UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION to the UKC;

You have proof that you submitted the UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION to the UKC;

You have provided this proof to APLA by uploading the proof through the APLA website;



You must provide APLA this proof by uploading the completed UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION through the APLA website and providing the carrier name and tracking number.

When you complete your submission through the APLA Website. APLA will send you a confirmation email showing your submitted information.

Forward that email to the Hunt Secretary associated with the Hunt Test your dog is entering and attach a copy of the completed UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION If you have time before the test. As a back-up, bring that APLA confirmation email, and the completed Single Registration with you to the Hunt Test.

Once uploaded, register yourself and your dog with Huntsecretary.com. In the dog section.

Fill out the information for your dog using your dog's UKC NAME. 

In this section you will see a fill in blank for your dog's UKC number.  In that blank use the registration number from your UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION. Example Number R289-322. See following example

SUBMITTING PROOF OF UKC REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE


When the UKC accepts your dog's PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION you will receive your Dog's UKC REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

Once received you will need to send APLA proof that you received your dog's UKC REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

You will also need to complete a hunt test submission form showing the date, location and level passed, [CPR APR MPR], while your dog's registration was pending.

You will send proof to APLA by doing the following:

Completing the Hunt Test Submission form and uploading it to your computer.


Uploading the dog's UKC REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE to your computer.

ONCE THE DOG'S UKC REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE IS SUBMITTED THROUGH THE APLA WEB SITE, THE DOG'S APLA PASSES AND TITLES BE SUBMITTED TO THE UKC
